From the surreal ‘submarine’ ride down into the restaurant, to the enormous circular aquarium that dominates the room, dining at Al Mahara is an experience from start to finish. Luckily the food matches up to the extraordinary surroundings. We especially loved the seabass and the lobster bisque. Does Al Mahara get the same seven stars as its host, the Burj al Arab? We think it does.
