From ChowDubai.com:A joint effort between Frankie Dettori and Marco Pierre White, Frankie’s is one part Italian, one part Steakhouse. Walls lined with pictures of the eponymous jockey next to (invariably much taller) celebrities add to the relaxed atmosphere. It was impossible to get a reservation when it launched, but its much easier now. They also offer a discounted ‘early dining’ menu from time to time.
