From ChowDubai.com:Gordon Ramsay’s first outpost in Dubai lives us to the exacting standards of its innovative chef. Despite being one of Dubai’s oldest fine dining establishments (opened in 2001), this romantic venue has maintained its position in the face of increasing competition from the likes of Zuma and Rhodes Mezzanine.
The dining experience is refined but very relaxed, with tables set well apart and lighting suitably dimmed. Dishes display all the usual trademarks of a Ramsey institution, with generous helpings of Foie Gras and Pork Belly, and are freshly prepared by an army of talented chefs.
Verre is perfect for a romantic dinner out, and is especially popular with fans of Ramsay’s other restaurants in London, New York, Tokyo and elsewhere. Remember to call in advance - tables get booked up quickly.
